My Approach
I believe that living a purposeful and authentic life is essential for overall wellbeing. I work with clients to explore their values, beliefs, and passions to help them align their actions with their authentic self. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients can feel safe to explore their inner selves. I utilize evidenced-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients manage anxiety, increase resilience, and develop coping skills. I often integrate holistic practices to promote overall health.
My Clients
My clients come to me because they are unsatisfied, unhappy, stressed, and are ready for change. Often, they may feel that life has been happening to them, instead of purposefully creating the life they want to live. Whether they are experiencing challenges related to life transitions, trying to change old patterns of behavior, or heal past traumas, they are looking to create a purposeful authentic life with balance of mind, body, and spirit.
